Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Husband Help Haven LLC ("Husband Help Haven," "Company," "we," or "us"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Missouri. This Agreement governs your access to and use of https://husbandhelphaven.com, our products, our email communications, and our community spaces (together, the "Services"). The Services exist to help men become better husbands and work toward saving their marriages.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account, purchase a product, or join our community. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, COMPLETING A PURCHASE, SUBSCRIBING TO OUR EMAIL LIST, OR CONTINUING TO USE OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, ACCEPT IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.

2. Payments and Billing

Payments for our products are processed by our third-party checkout provider at secure.husbandhelphaven.com. When you purchase a subscription or recurring product, you authorize us (through our checkout provider) to charge your payment method on the stated billing schedule until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to add any applicable sales tax. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

3. User Content and Representations

If you submit comments, questions, posts, testimonials, or any other material ("User Content") to us or through our community, you represent and warrant that your User Content: (a) does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (b) does not violate any applicable law; (c) is not obscene, libelous, or slanderous; and (d) does not exploit minors.

4. Contribution License

By submitting User Content, you grant Husband Help Haven an unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise commercialize your User Content worldwide, in any media now known or later invented. Where relevant, we will typically anonymize stories before sharing them publicly.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any account other than your own;
  • Impersonate any other person or entity;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software we provide;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or user data;
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff, coaches, or community members;
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead the Company in any way, including but not limited to fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published by Husband Help Haven — including articles, podcasts, videos, courses, frameworks, and branding — is owned by Husband Help Haven or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content is provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial information and use only. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Services may link to or embed third-party websites and content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party site or service, and your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny access to and use of the Services — in whole or in part — without notice or liability, for any reason or for no reason at all. If you violate this Agreement, we may terminate your account and revoke your access to paid products without a refund.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Husband Help Haven does not guarantee any particular relational, personal, or marital outcome. Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice, and our coaches and content are not a substitute for licensed professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HUSBAND HELP HAVEN DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you and Husband Help Haven agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in Greene County, Missouri. You and the Company agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and both parties waive the right to bring or participate in class actions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
