What Makes This Group Special

Two kinds of men. You'll meet guys in the thick of it with you right now — same fight, different chapter. You'll also meet men who've already been through separation (some reconciled, some divorced) who stayed in the group to pay it forward.

Private Support Group

A group of men invested in doing everything they can to save their marriage. Not on Facebook — built on Circle for real privacy.

Made for Men in Separation

Everyone here is dealing with the same thing. Pro-marriage, pro-hope, and focused on becoming the best version of yourself.

Pro-Marriage. Pro-Hope.

Nobody here will tell you to give up. You'll find announcements, resources, and check-ins built around saving your marriage.

Help from Guys Who've Been There

Get real-world answers from men who share your mindset and have walked through the same fire you're in right now.

Use an Alias If You Want

Since we're not on Facebook, it's easy to show up however you want. Profiles let you tell your story on your own terms.

Mobile App, Not on Facebook

Clean mobile app for Apple and Android. Built on Circle — away from big social media platforms. Desktop works great too.

Group Expectations

Just so we're all on the same page before you join.

Do

  • Ask for help literally anytime you need it, big or small.
  • Offer pro-marriage advice to others.
  • Share your biggest challenges, and your honest feelings about them.
  • Speak truth in love.
  • Keep it private — what you hear and see in the group stays in the group.
  • Feel free to share other resources that have helped you.
  • Participate as much or as little as you want. Lurkers welcome.

Don't

  • Tell another man it's time to move on or give up.
  • Trash talk women or wives, especially one besides your own.
  • Share affiliate links or self-promote.
  • Expect legal or medical advice.

5 Reasons Men Struggle Alone

1

You're isolated. Nobody around you understands what separation actually feels like — the sleepless nights, the second-guessing, the silence in a house that used to be full.

2

Your friends give bad advice. "Just move on." "She doesn't deserve you." They mean well, but they don't get it. Your family doesn't know what to say either.

3

You're consuming content but you're not sure if you're applying it right. Articles, podcasts, YouTube videos — there's no shortage of information, but no one to tell you if you're doing it wrong.

4

You feel like you're the only man going through this. You're not. Not even close.

5

You need someone to check your thinking when emotions run high — before you send that text, make that call, or do something you'll regret.

What Members Say

Real words from real men in the group. Names changed for their privacy.

It was very well spoken and it was just the pep talk I needed to keep me going. You truly are a marriage Jedi Master.

I just wanted to thank you for your wise words last week. It was very well spoken and it was just the pep talk I needed to keep me going. You truly are a marriage Jedi Master. The way you look at things is so on point. You take everything we throw at you and you have a way of turning it all in to the wisest possible advice a person could receive in each situation. I am truly thankful I found you.

Quick update on my separation, she moved back in a week after thanksgiving and while things are still a bit weird we are working on us. She's still harboring some resent and mistrust of me based on the last couple years but is talking about it with me and we are starting to look for a couples counselor. So, things are definitely looking good but I'll still be sticking around for some motivation and because this group and course have helped me a bunch!

I was so lost when my wife left me 3 weeks ago. I'm still struggling daily, but I feel like I have some personal direction and confidence thanks to you, and I've learned some amazing things about myself along the way.

I'd like to start out by saying thank you for making this resource available to men like me. I was so lost when my wife left me 3 weeks ago. I'm still struggling daily, but I feel like I have some personal direction and confidence thanks to you, and I've learned some amazing things about myself along the way.

Getting through my in-house, loss of love separation, now at reconciliation going well, was one of the hardest periods I've ever gone through in my life, if not the hardest to date. I'm not sure how I could ever repay you for your help. It's one of the most noble callings I've come across in my life. I'm not sure what my marriage would look like now, and what kind of man I'd be, if it weren't for you, HHH, this community, and the Q&A calls that have been my best form of therapy almost every week for the past 2+ years... I am obviously a big believer in HHH, and in some ways, owe my life to you and HHH... I am definitely a changed man.

Common Questions

What platform is the community on?

Circle. You access it through a web browser or the Circle app on your phone. It's private, easy to navigate, and built for communities like this.

How much time does it take?

As much or as little as you want. Some members check in daily, some weekly. The live calls (LIVE tier) are scheduled weekly and run about an hour. There's no homework and no pressure to participate at any specific level.

Will other people know I'm a member?

The community is private. Your membership isn't visible to anyone outside the group. What's shared inside stays inside.

Can I switch between Main and LIVE?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you start with Main and decide you want live access, you can switch. If LIVE is more than you need, drop to Main. No hassle either way.

Are the live calls recorded?

Q&A calls are recorded with timestamps, so you can drop in on the answer to your specific question whenever it works for you. Roundtable check-ins are NOT recorded — that's intentional, so you can speak freely without worrying about who might watch later.

What if I can't afford it right now?

Start with the free Separation Roadmap. It'll give you a clear picture of where you stand and what to focus on first. When you're ready for more support, we'll be here.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. Husband Help Group is peer support and practical guidance, not clinical treatment. If you're dealing with mental health issues, a professional therapist should be part of your support system. HHG works alongside therapy, not instead of it.

Ready to Stop Doing This Alone?

Try it for a month. See if it helps. Cancel anytime if it doesn't.
